Engineering surveying
We provide a complete surveying service for capital construction – from detached houses through residential and industrial buildings to road and rail projects, bridges and utility networks. Our surveyors have many years of practice and the official authorisation to verify the results of surveying activities under Section 13 (1) (c) of Act No. 200/1994 Coll. We cover the entire life cycle of a construction project: altimetric and planimetric survey for the design, establishment of the setting-out network, setting out during construction, check measurements, volume calculations, and the as-built survey and as-built documentation. Besides routine work on construction sites we also handle special tasks where accuracy is critical – survey monitoring, displacement and deformation monitoring, or detailed documentation of buildings and premises. Traditional surveying is combined with laser scanning and photogrammetry.

Planimetric and altimetric surveys
Every good design starts with a reliable as-built survey. We prepare planimetric and altimetric data for designers – including documentation of the…

Setting out of structures
We transfer the design precisely into the field. We establish a setting-out network, set out the spatial position of the structure and its individual…

As-built survey of a completed structure
Once construction is finished we survey how it was actually built and prepare the surveying part of the as-built documentation. Utility networks are…

Displacement and deformation monitoring
Using high-precision surveying methods we measure vertical and horizontal displacements, tilts and deflections of building structures. The results…
MoreKEY ASPECTS
A surveyor on site from start to finish
From the source data for the design to the as-built documentation.
From source data to final approval
We carry out the as-built survey, set out the works and at the end prepare the surveying part of the documentation.
Accuracy documented in a report
With every survey you get an analysis of accuracy and deviations, not just coordinates.
Monitoring over time
Staged displacement and deformation monitoring shows how the structure behaves – while there is still time.
