What it is for

We load your data into the Digital Technical Map

Spirit DTI is a complete service through which we handle the updating and submission of data on transport and technical infrastructure to the Digital Technical Map (DTM) of the Region. The service is suitable for municipalities, towns and operators of transport and technical infrastructure.

Meeting the statutory obligation

Delegate the duties of the editor to us and we will make sure you meet the statutory obligation that applies to all owners, administrators and operators of transport and technical infrastructure in the Czech Republic. When networks go through final building approval, we will give you the identifier confirming their incorporation into the DTM, which the building authority requires.

Simpler data management

The Spirit DTI application makes working with DTM data easier. In a few clicks you can export the DTI data you are interested in. Submitting update data is just as easy, and from there we take care of it. You will also have a clear record of the updates carried out, all in one place.

A pleasant environment

The whole solution is designed as a lightweight web portal running on our resources. The portal includes a map client with an overview of your data and a record of the updates carried out.

    First steps

    Together we complete the registration and the necessary settings of the system. We can do this in person or remotely.

    Delegation

    You appoint us as the editor of your data and hand over the management of your DTI data to us. We can then handle all the obligations for you.

    Data handover

    You submit your data to us through the Spirit DTI application in any format you are used to working with.

    Data processing

    We process the data so that it meets the requirements of the DTM, convert it into the exchange format and send it to the DTM.

What you ask us most.

Owners have a statutory obligation to submit data on their transport and technical infrastructure to the DTM. By law, every owner of DTI becomes the editor of their own assets and bears full responsibility for their correctness, completeness and continuous updating. You can transfer that obligation to us and we will take care of the submission and updating of the data.

We take part in the regional DTM solutions for 12 regions in the Czech Republic, so we know the subject of the DTM down to the smallest detail. You can therefore be sure that we will process your data and submit it to the DTM correctly.

Owners of DTI data must make sure that all their data is submitted, with sufficient accuracy and including all descriptive information. The data must be handed over in the unified exchange format (JVF DTM). Newly acquired data must meet accuracy class 3 under the applicable decree.

The price of the service depends on the requirements of the customer. It matters, for example, whether you want a one-off submission of data or a long-term delegation of the editor role, where we look after the data for you completely.
