Which datasets does the module display?
- Cadastre of Real Estate: land parcels, buildings, units, title deeds (LV), other legal relations (JPV), building objects and owners.
Fast, clear access to data from the Cadastre of Real Estate in a modern web application. Map data linked with register records lets you work easily with information on land parcels, buildings, owners and ownership relationships in one intuitive environment.

What it is for
The Cadastre of Real Estate system combines an interactive map with clearly arranged tabular data that makes it easy to find your way around the area and its ownership relationships. The map shows land parcels, buildings, title deeds (list vlastnictví, LV), units, other legal relations (JPV) and ownership information. The solution also includes advanced functions such as filtering, data export, print reports and direct look-up in the Cadastre of Real Estate. At the same time it supports links to registers such as those of the State Administration of Land Surveying and Cadastre (ČÚZK) and RÚIAN, including remote access to current data.
Key aspects
The application brings land parcels, buildings, title deeds, units and owners together in one clearly arranged system. The map and the tables are linked to each other, which allows you to get your bearings quickly in ownership relationships and their context.
Search, filter and export cadastral data as your current needs require. Because map layers and register records are linked, you have all the important information in one place.
For every record you can immediately display detailed information, including ownership relations and related land parcels, buildings or title deeds. All clearly arranged and without lengthy searching.
Deliverables
With ArcGIS Enterprise from Esri we achieve efficient map publishing and spatial data sharing.
An interactive map with clearly arranged data that makes it easy to find your way around the area and its ownership relationships. The map shows land parcels, buildings, title deeds, units, other legal relations (JPV) and ownership information.

All cadastral information is gathered in a single clearly arranged table view. Every element – a land parcel, building, title deed, unit or owner – is kept as a separate record with a clear structure and links to related data. Users can make use of advanced functions such as filtering, data export, print reports, showing the element directly in the map or editing it within the system.

The system includes a detail card for every element, showing all the key information including linked objects and their relationships within the cadastre.
How it works
We handle the whole process from the initial analysis to the final handover of the finished solution. First we define the requirements for the records together. Then we import the data and link it with the map data. The result is a clear, working system ready for day-to-day administration or for further development according to your needs.
At the start we go through your needs, the scope of the records and the goals of the project together. We propose the best way to deploy the system.
We carry out a complete import of data from the available sources and prepare it for further processing.
We link the recorded data to the map layers and verify that it is correct, so that all the information is clearly available in one place.
We present all the functions of the system, train the users and prepare everything for a smooth start of live operation.
