Two types of consolidation

Comprehensive or simple?

Act No. 139/2002 Coll. recognises two types of land consolidation. They differ in the extent of the area addressed and in what they must include.

Comprehensive land consolidation
Addresses a whole cadastral district or a substantial part of it. The plan of common facilities is a mandatory part – tracks, erosion-control and water management measures, ÚSES. It runs through four stages and ends with a new cadastral map.
Simple land consolidation
Addresses a defined part of an area or a single economic or ecological need – access to land parcels, accelerated consolidation, clarification of allotments, one measure in the landscape. The plan of common facilities may be dispensed with, and sometimes ownership rights do not change at all.

The whole process under one roof

We carry out land consolidation for the branch offices of the State Land Office and have dozens of completed proceedings behind us.

The designs are prepared by authorised land consolidation designers. We survey the as-built condition of the area with our own surveying teams; where it pays off, we can supplement the source data with our own aerial photography and photogrammetry, without having to order it from anyone else.

We hand over the documentation in the land consolidation exchange format (VFP) – without it the State Land Office cannot accept it. Outputs for the cadastre are prepared in the form the cadastral office accepts, including the inputs for the renewal of the cadastral records and for the new digital cadastral map.

And we can carry on from land consolidation: farm tracks, small water reservoirs, pools or ÚSES elements from the plan of common facilities are taken by our authorised engineers from the concept through to detailed design documentation and design supervision.
