Together, the Spirit VFK Light and Spirit KN applications give you an efficient solution for everyday work with data from the Cadastre of Real Estate – from data import through to a clear display, evaluation and printing of reports.

Spirit KN is a desktop software solution for working with data from the Cadastre of Real Estate. It consists of two interconnected applications that together provide comprehensive tools for importing, managing, viewing and analysing cadastral data.

Where quality and reliability form a single whole

The Spirit KN application allows comfortable viewing of Cadastre of Real Estate data, the listing of tables and the generation of clearly arranged reports. It also identifies land parcels and buildings directly in the map, so the graphical part can be linked quickly with the recorded data. Intuitive controls make everyday work easier for surveyors, designers, public administration staff and other users working with cadastral data.

Simple data management

Spirit VFK Light is used to import data in the VFK format into a geodatabase. The import is fast and reliable, which makes cadastral data easy to update and manage. The prepared geodatabase can then be used fully in Spirit KN for further work, searching, analysis and the creation of outputs.
